  • After Dispatch:
    Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return or replacement under our return policy if the product is damaged or defective.

2. Returns and Replacements

Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong product.
  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • The product has expired or packaging is tampered.

To initiate a return:

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
